"Dr Gupta is a excellent superior physician. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, loving, understanding. She treats all her patients as if they were her own children. She is very quick at seeing my child and attended to us in er and explained to me my baby situation so clear and proficient. She ordered exams called me personally with results. She cares deeply for her patients. She took her time to explain my baby condition and never rushed me. Dr Gupta has a beautiful heart and soul. She is the best cardiologist I have ever encountered. My baby was dying and with God and her expertise and wisdom helped save my son life. She is passionate about her job. Her office is very clean and the rooms are beautifully decorated with Disney characters. Her staff is professional understanding and kind. Her waiting room is busy but that is because she is the best at what she does and because she cares. Good doctor have packed waiting rooms because everyone wants to be seen by them. Dr Gupta is best cardiologist in valley and I am blessed she is my son cardiologist. I could not have asked God for a better doctor who is motherly and compassionate than her. I give her 20 stars if that was possible. Thank you Dr Gupta for showing me what a true caring doctor looks like."

"We waited an hour and a half and when I finally complained, the receptionist told me I needed to change my PCP with my insurance before we could be seen. Mind you, I had a previous appointment a month ago (or longer) that was rescheduled and NONE of this was brought to my attention. I could’ve had all of that squared away before even stepping foot into that office. The waiting area is extremely tiny (6 chairs) and the chairs are disgustingly dirty with stains. At one point, five people were outside her office, waiting to be seen. The doctor called me after we’d left and tried explaining the situation to me. She tried speaking over me, interrupted me and blamed everything on my pediatricians office. She kept wanting to go back and forth and fight with me before I finally told her to have a good day and hung up on her. (She was still trying to argue when I hung up) Either they extremely understaffed or the employees aren’t treated well enough to show up to work. There was only one employee that I saw and she was back and forth, running around doing EVERYTHING. There were even people waiting for 10 minutes at her desk but she was no where to be found. I myself had to look for her as well. I do not recommend this office to anyone and am honestly shocked at all of the good reviews."
