"The maintence staff here is amazing. George and Orlando are so kind! If I ever have a problem it’s fixed the same day if not the next. Michelle and Tee make the office a nice place to visit too. I like how clean they keep the property and the amenities are a fun place to meet my neighbors."

"Nice community. People’s car get broken into a lot though and the catalytic converter theft issue has made a lot of neighbors angry. If you own a Prius I wouldn’t move here without paying for the garage because those seem to be the main targets. Other than that though it’s super clean, the apartments are very nice inside and out and the amenities are better than most locally. Office staff is always friendly and helpful and the leasing office actually answers the phone when current residents call (seen a lot of other communities where the leasing office never answers) overall I would recommend this as a good place to live."

"The location has been perfect with easy access to get anywhere. The apartments are wonderful...love my porch!!! Amenities and services offered are above the norm. Especially the pet spa. Gotta love the blow dryer during the rain storms. Saves the wet dog smell in the apartment for sure..."
