The Admin and Maintenance team were very responsive with low turnaround time on the reported issues. I will miss the community parties organized by the team. "I would like to express how shady and unprofessional this community is. At first you think all is well but it just goes down hill. From June of 2023 we have experienced severe noises from the people above us & the staff does nothing. We should be able to live in peace when paying $2,000+. As well as our AC & heat have messed up multiple times and we had a toilet running for days before they even came to look. Now I pay rent and get charged an extra $60 something to use a card? I’m paying my rent and this was NEVER disclosed to me. Even on the website it wouldn’t tell me what the fee was for. Now they can’t help? That makes no senses because there’s always something than can be done. We are definitely not renewing here with a property that can’t take care of their residents."
