"I will start off by saying. This review would have likely been atleast 4 stars if Mrs. Satyanarayana was still practicing here. Many years ago my health insurance linked me up with this Doctors office even though they are labeled to be a Pediatrician. I called and they told me they would see me. At this point they actually kind of had what appeared to be a staff although the office was kind of not very nice. I decided to book an appointment and saw Mrs. Satyanarayana for my ADHD. I was diagnosed around the 3rd grade and have been treated for it for a large portion of my life. Mrs. Satyanarayana was very professional and treated me for a good amount of time. I even considered moving my kids over to her! She was so nice, supportive, and listened to my feelings and concerns. I wound up stopping my medication due to pregnancy and when I went to return some time later to continue my treatment I had to see her husband. Her husband immediately dismissed all of the treatment that his wife did even though it was clearly documented and tried to place me on a different medication because he is against anything to do with controlled substances. The medication he wrote for me didn’t work for me in the past and I told him that. It is his choice on how he treats patients but he had a chance to send me on my way without taking my money since he did all of this right in the waiting area in an unprofessional manner. I told him in the waiting area I preferred to be placed on my same medication his wife had me on and that I had taken the medication for a very large part of my life and preferred to presue first line ADHD treatment at this time. He then said he might be able to help but it’s up to me if I wanted to wait. He was hard to understand at times so I decided to just continue. He placed me in a room and had me sit for literally HOURS while he went and ate food, sent me upstairs to his psychiatrist only to be told by them they don't treat ADHD, and then following all of this I was asked to pay him because "running a Doctors office is very expensive." He was EXTREMELY rude to me, dismissive of my symptoms and his wifes well documented treatment, and talked to me like he had zero respect. He also went off on tangents that had nothing to do with me and my health. I am an adult trying to manage and needed appropriate care and BASIC respect. I left feeling almost mentally abused to be quite frank! I also requested his help with a referral and he refused to help with a referal and just gave me this small paper that had government type offices instead and told me he would not help me with even just a referal. I decided to request my records and move on which was extremely hard to do because the office is ran like it is the stone age! Most everything on paper! He said something about the computer stuff being too expensive. It was like pulling teeth to get one sheet of paper from him that stated my ADHD diagnosis and treatment with them. He didn't even want to help give me my records! It was a BIG bother for him. I wanted ALL of my records but I decided to just take what I could and be done with it. I'm SICK of it! He tried to charge me for this one sheet of paper as well! The lady helping him run his computer said I had a credit so I was able to get my sheet of paper and not have to pay. He very much acted like a cheapskate! I had to presue my treatment elsewhere for my ADHD and I am glad I did. I am now CURRENTLY being treated for my ADHD by a Doctor who actually CARES about their patients and CARES about my wellbeing. This man is also way too old to still be practicing. I see other comments on the reviews stating this as well. I am not sure what happened within their practice but I did absoloutely nothing to be talked to or treated the way that I was. Horrible experience and I will not be back. I'm very sorry to say and share this because Mrs. Satyanarayana was a very nice lady and a very good Doctor but this place is a complete and total disaster now. Just go somewhere else! You'll likely be treated with ALOT more respect!"

"I love Dr. Saty and how he cares for my 2 newborn twins he takes the time to listen and is very knowledgeable! He is a wonderful, caring doctor and has not only taken care of my twins but me as well!"

"Horrible!!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. This man is way too old to still be in practice. He can’t keep a decent staff because he’s too cheap and surly. His office and all that’s in it is filthy. He is Extremely, slow rude, and very unsanitary. If your children are in need of a refill on their medication it will be Darn near impossible to get it from him. So don’t waste your time. do yourself and your children a favor go somewhere else."

"Wish I could give this Dr and his staff zero stars. Worst experience ever. As a first time mom, took my newborn daughter to dr Saty for her first 2 checkups. Had to wait at least an hour every time to even be called back to a room, the office was filthy, and always packed, and then when we did see the doctor he didn’t even look at my daughter. Office staff and nurses were very rude. Tried to send me bills when we did not owe anything and then when questioned , they were dismissive and so rude!!! I switched pediatricians after her 2nd visit with Dr.saty, horrible experience."

"Wonderful experience, he was my pick for my newborn. My son's newborn screening results were questionable and Dr. Saty suggested we get a second screening that yield more results to be sure. I am glad he takes the time and seeks several avenues for health care treatment. I decided to switch my other children to Dr. Saty. I took two year old my daughter to Cooks urgent care due to a cough that lasted quite a while, they told me it was allergies and prescribed Zurtec, I decided not to give her Zurtec and take her to Dr. Saty . He told me she had bronchitis and prescribed her 3 medicines that helped immensely. I am so grateful that he listens and pays attention to your child and isn't rushing like other pediatricians."
