"Have not had heat for MONTHS or hot water. different maintenance come and never return to fix, the women in office do not communicate. they changed the front office people so often nobody ever knows what issues need to be settled"
"They had me drive out there for a make ready job I get there an that wasn’t the case I see why they can’t keep any good help an now days good help is very hard to find all of the Tides are the same oh an let’s not forget about the roaches"
"I lived at this complex for 11 months, and have since moved. First the positive, they had one individual maintenance man, I wish I remembered his name but he was always very nice and helpful. There were a few other maint. people who honestly were just awful, so if I ever had any issues, I would find him and speak to him individually. Now to the negative: - When I first applied, I had specifically wrote in 3 emails that I would be moving into the renovated 1 bed 1.54 bath town home and it was confirmed 3 TIMES. Upon moving in, they set me up with an apartment that was a classic with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so I asked where was my original approved unit. They said they had signed another person to it, when I was approved a month in advance. So I had to fight with management to get my original renovated unit. - Upon moving in, maintenance helped me move everything in (how sweet) BUT none of the wall outlets worked, there was a huge gap in the bottom of my front door and I had no hot water for over a month. It took about 3 maint requests or them to FINALLY fix it. - I was on the second floor, so I had the actually building roof as a ceiling upstairs; meaning when it rained my office space constantly leaked. - For about 3 months stretch of time, trash was not being picked up from the dumpsters, so every dumpster was overflowing and scattered. - Then I had my neighbors next to me, they had randomly moved out very late at night and the unit was vacant for 4 months. During that four months, there was MULTIPLE squatters who would break in even when management had locked the door. Management even asked ME - A TENANT - to watch it. Keep in mind I am young female in my 20s and very small. - With that being said the entire community is basically family orientated. In full transparency, almost everyone is ghetto, or at least the side I lived on. There was constant "street medical purchases", fighting couples, block parties at 1 AM on a random weekday, and multiple instances where the cops would show up for whatever reason. I personally had to call the cops 3x because of fighting, gunshots, or break ins. It's funny at first, but it gets very old after 11 months. - Then there was pest: I paid the monthly pest fee, and had pest ACTUALLY come 3 times, and there was still roaches the size of a grown mans thumb, if not bigger. and they were everywhere all the time. - There was also glass on the back side of the buildings, dog fecal matter, to where I didnt even bother walking my dog on the property and just walked to the opposite complex to take mine out. - If there was a reoccurring maintenance that needed to be fixed, they ended up charging additional fees around 100-250. For example, I shared the piping of my downstairs toilet with the unit behind me that had children: so my toilet constantly got backed up because they put wipes down their sewer. - The last MONTH my kitchen sink would not drain, and they attempted to fix it but never did. - There is also NO STUDS in the walls, so I could never hang up my TV (sorry bout the holes lol I tried patching them up) - I am a very clean person, to the point when maintenance came in, he commented how much more clean my unit is compared to everyone else. So that speaks to what other residents units looked like on the outside and how they treated the property. - I did not have access to my mailbox because it was broken for about 6 months that I lived there. I am sure there is more to add, but I honestly blocked my time there out of my brain: So unless you're fine potentially getting shot up, a street medical entrepreneur, a roach, you will love living there!"
"Alexis has been great and I renewed my lease strictly due to her and Eve. I feel like our community has needed them for a while. Thanks"
