"These apartments have gone so much downhill in the two years that I’ve been here. Half of these people that are giving the good reviews don’t even live here. I don’t even know who they are. I haven’t had an AC or a heater since February 24, 2024. My heater wouldn’t turn off last week and I had to turn it off myself because it was over 90° in here and nobody to come and fix it. They give you the excuse that they only have one maintenance man that’s why I’ve been without AC or a heater for over two weeks. There’s always trash everywhere around the apartments. They only have two trash cans so they’re always full and overflowing and every single weekend rest assure the loud music and alcoholics sitting outside around the Apts will be there. I have a hole in my ceiling that the maintenance man from before created that has yet to be fixed. Oh, and you have to pay homeowners insurance on an already $1300 apartment that nobody wants to fix. These apartments are so old and ran down that the way everything was put together from the beginning, makes it impossible to fix 100 years later. I have a crack in my floor from the beginning of my apt all the way to the back straight down the middle. I’ve been in the same apartment with the same issues they give you these promises that they’re going to fix everything and they got you and they’re gonna take care of you that they don’t wanna lose you as a tenant and then don’t do anything at all."
