"Ive lived here for 6 years. It’s a great place to live close and convenience to shopping areas. The grounds are well kept. The only issues are the parking. They should have designated areas for resident parking it would be nice. The gate is always broken. I think they should have cameras it would be helpful to see who’s damaging it."

"This place mislead you was told to notify my landlord give a 30-day notice at the end the manager decided to deny my application I've been living in my house for 3 years even done covid I paid my bills play all my bills received a bad rental history the sad thing is the assistant manager said the manager decide who gets an apartment me and my kids was put out of our home only because I gave a 30-day notice they lied and said they did not say give a 30-day notice these people only help some United States citizen but they mostly accept immigrants"

"11 year r****08/16/2021**** I will be renewing my lease. I have lived here 10 years now. For those inquiring, these apartments pay WATER AND TRASH. You pay your own lights, internet, and cable. AT&T is the only provider for this complex. They have a contract with the apartments, so NO Spectrum, etc. New update above ****06/15/2018*** I love these apartments. They are still clean and well managed. Office personnel is always polite and knowledgeable. I never feel like I am just another person to collect money from (even though that may be the case as w/ any complex). Routine maintenance is performed on all buildings. I have absolutely no complaints regarding this complete. The only thing is *wish* is that the gym facility was outside of the office so there could be access after the office closes. I always recommend these apartments to family, friends, and even strangers. **UPDATE ABOVE*** These apartments are amazing for the price. I moved in September 2011 and have no plans on moving unless it's to move into a house.They are modern and made affordable for low-income families. They are kept clean and quiet. No place on earth is perfect, but I honestly have no major complaints. My only wish is that they'd update the website, more specifically the work order system. It is as if work orders don't go through online, but when I call, things are handled promptly. The office personnel is courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. If they don't know something, they make an effort to obtain the information. I recommend these apartments to any decent person both single and family alike. Update to the directly above comment 08/16/2021 - they updated the online payment portal and work order system online a while ago. A lot of effective and efficient."
