"This place deserves a zero. My a.c has been leaking for over a year. I have a hole in my shower for over 2 years. The floor in the kitchen is caving in, my garbage disposal does not work and ive had mold in the bathroom for over 2 years. I have sent in multiple request to have it fixed and all they do is close it and no one shows up. I am writing this because I will be getting a lawyer soon and want proof of the status of my apartment."
