"My move in experience was stress free. There were only 2 tiny issues with the apartment and I submitted a work order and the issues were fixed almost immediately. Anytime I run into an employee of the property, they greet me and know my name and ask if there's anything they can assist me with. I would highly recommend living at The Bowery to anyone."

I was looking for something different than the same old apartment complex and I found this wonderful place and immediately knew I had to become a part of this amazing, unique, beautiful community. The amenities are incredible, the entire property is so beautiful and clean. My move was made so much easier with Mackenzie, who was patient with my questions, and made my move in flawless!"

"The Bowery is terrible. Our trash bill is 20$, we put our trash out too early in the morning and we were charged a additional 25$, over double the bill. Also the apartment above us leaked into our closet, they refused to cover anything, we have never been late on a bill. This place will try to charge you and screw you over at every corner, most staff is very nice, upper management is extremely snappy and rude. I do not recommend living here, for 1400$ its a waste of money. We had to sleep on my inlaws floor last night and most likely tonight aswell, bit are expected to pay the same rent? And on the trash guidlines theres no section about being fined, i have pictures of every other apartment doing exactly what we did, your saying you fine all my neighbors every week? I highly doubt it."

"I’m a new resident at the Bowery. The staff have been so helpful, Katrina and Destiny are great! Found it site unseen and they’ve made the whole experience a lot easier than I thought it would be. Great building, friendly people, amenities, can’t really go wrong."

"Really great place to live!! Have been here getting to two years now. Management team is super responsive, put in a request for maintenance and you will see them at your door in no time!!. Great architecture , fantastic two room gym, club house is super great, pool area is the best all around , roof top area is classic with a great view of the city. BBQ lounge area is the best ever!! Restaurants all over!! , less than 5 mins to the heart of the city . My lease is coming to an end and I will be moving out of state for work I would have continued my stay. One of the best if not the best place to live in Fort Worth!!!"
