She is always very helpful. And has always been very pleasant to me and I would recommend this place to anyone that is over 55."

"My mother has been a resident at Reserve at McAllister going on five years. The manager that is there now has been nothing but completely helpful when my mother fell she did not hesitate to have the door kicked in so that we can get to her so that we can get her to the hospital, when my mother was in rehab, the manager came With another resident from Reserve at McAllister and visited my mother. We are very thankful that you had someone that is so kind and helpful."

"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH. I work in the office of a senior care agency. We service elderly clients at this community. We received a call from our staff that her vehicle was towed. She works there 5 days a week. Deborah told our staff to register her car for 3 days and on the 4th day she had to park in front of the office. So she did. Her vehicle was towed. Our staff went to the office to find out why her vehicle was towed when she parked where she was told. Deborah was very rude and nasty to her. Our staff had us on the phone so we could hear what was going on. Deborah told us there was nothing we could do about it. She followed our staff out of the office yelling at her. She is VERY unprofessional, argumentative and disrespectful. After further review, it looks like many others would agree. Corporate, you need to step up and do something about this. I cannot believe the way our staff was treated at your community today but your office staff."

"These are the worst apartments I have ever seen. My mom lives on the 3rd floor and it’s 84 degrees in her apartment and they blame her for breaking her ac unit. They tell her she keeps her ac too low. She is on limited income and her electric bill has doubled. When we tried to call the maintenance man Rudy he hung up on us after saying it’s working fine. There is not anyone ever in the office to help you. They do not return calls. They just tell you the 3rd floor is hot. I would never wish any person to go through this. If you disagree with the manger she evicts you out of the complex. Horrible place"
