"I’ve enjoyed living at the Bexley. The amenities are some of the best in the city. The maintenance staff at the Bexley are also fantastic, anytime I’ve had to place a work order Ethan and Luis do a great job at getting it done quickly and do a great job!"
"The location is UNBEATABLE, the amenities FIRE. BUT, as you know management/maintenance can make or break a property, and the MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE MAKE THIS PROPERTY A 5-STAR PROPERTY. LUIS the maintenance man is world-class. He is prompt, he calls before he visits your unit and calls you after to inform you of what he did. I've never had such outstanding service before and he does it from the heart because that's just who he is. Every leasing agent is kind and courteous, I've never had a leasing agent remember my unit before, so thank you Luis. Any concerns I have had have been addressed promptly and courteously. Plus, they answer their phones. I mean, that alone sets them apart from other communities. The community is so friendly, active, fun, and young and a great spot if you have pets. I've really enjoyed living here and it's somewhere you want to invite people over to also indulge and you can feel comfortable coming home to relax. Move here."
"I recommend living at Bexley. I have lived in at least 10 apartments and its about 50/50 whether it is a good experience or not. Bexley is one of the good ones for three main reasons: 1) Management is friendly and responsive to any question you have and are easy to coordinate with 2) Maintenance is responsive and is quick to fix any issues that come up 3) The location is excellent, right next to the Trinity trails which are excellent for running, biking, and walking. Also easy access to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I will say that some tenants in the building are not so good. Not much Bexley can do about irresponsible people. One example is that some people do not pick up after their dogs and are generally messy in public spaces. I have also noticed many people parking in front of no parking signs. Sometimes a neighbor will be blaring music. However, with many people living in one building, you are bound to get at least a few bad apples in every bunch."
"The Bexley at Left Bank has the best maintenance man ever! He was kind, considerate and truly seemed to care that the job was done right and he takes his work seriously. What a gem to find these days. Someone that takes pride in their work! The Bexley is lucky to have him and so are their residents!"
"Strange that I should receive a collection notice 7 months after I moved out when I left with 0 balance. For this reason I warn you. I used autopay on rent and never miss payments. I left the place extremely clean and never had an issue. Now I get a call about $300 due to them? Is this a scam? Here’s why not to move here. The coffee machine is always out of options so frequently that I stopped trying. The fire alarms go off almost monthly, sometimes multiple times a night at 1AM (have noise cancellation headphones) Too frequently maintenance wants to come in every 3 months or so. Far too many large breed dogs riding up the elevators with you with wet noses, rent price is far too high for what you get. Of course they raise it on every renewal. Below are pictures where my apartment got flooded randomly at 2am I wake to hear water pattering, then the halls are soaked when the apartments across flooded."
