"I do not recommend this apartment to you. They are scammers and do not care about an apartment. There are annoying noises at night. You cannot sleep. Flee from here. I do not advise you. There are cockroaches everywhere. There is a train next to them. They drive money."

"Just moved into the Brand New complex. Doesnt feel like apartment living at all. Intimate and personal with all the upgrades you expect and within walking of one of the best down town areas in North DFW. The staff (Manager Tamra who walked us through the entire move in process with such ease and kindness) and Lauren who is always so helpful when calling and needing anything is absolutely wonderful to have when you are apartment living. The property is lovely and modern. The maintenance staff is Great! They respond quickly and get the job done to the utmost satisfaction! Jeff and I are so happy here and plan to stay for a long time!"
