"Nice place to have outdoor events ..We attended Capital Metros Family Fun event ..2022. This where they have the Cowboy breakfast each year. Too bad they built this ugly sculpture blocking our once beautiful Austin skyline."

"Watched the nutcracker here last december 2023. It was fantastic, the show itself was worth it! We arrived an 1.5 hour early before the show which gave us enough time to secure a parking spot in their garage. They had a small parking fee, I believe it was less than $15 (not so sure). From the garage, you will have to walk a decent distance maybe less than a mile to the building so I definitely would not recommend wearing super high heels. Plenty of stuff to do while waiting for the doors to open, they had a skating rink, cocoa stations and some small businesses that sell random crafts. They had 3 food trucks which was great since the only food options inside the centre were cookies and pretzels. Also plus a really nice view of the austin downtown sky line. Great date night for couples and families!"

"Went to the symphony with a hot date. Had an amazing time! Seating was pretty good anywhere in the venue. We sat on the end and had no issues except for one guy with a large cabesa in front of us. My date wore cat ears and a fox tail. It was pretty cute!"

"January 2024: Saw Shen Yun and was a great production of Chinese culture in dance. November 2023: It has been a while since I have seen a show here and forgot how wonderful this place is. This night's performance was 'Disney Pixar's COCO Live-To-Film Concert'. This show was great and before the show was excellent as well. Special pre-show activities were present to enhance our evening experience. The Long Center did a great job and after the show enjoyed the ever growing night skyline."

"The Nutcracker ballet performance was excellent. The venue is a beautiful place, but the seats are as narrow as a Boing 737 and lower to the floor. Great for children and petite folks. For a 6' large Texan, not so much. Tried to control my man spread by crossing my legs and tucking my feet under the chair, but got a Charlie horse in the middle of Act 2. If you're a little wide try box seats or an aisle seat so you may enjoy the show."
