"Visiting from Los Angeles for a work conference, Jester King was a must stop before we left. We arrived on a Friday morning and it was quiet. Plenty of phenomenal wild ales and farmhouse ales on draft. On the way out, I made sure to grab a few to-go beers. Kenny was a master of his craft, knew the ins and out of every beer available in bottle. Was a huge help in deciding what to bring home. If you get a chance to chat beer with Kenny, definitely take advantage of it!"

"We've been going to Jester King since 2017, and on one of our many trips we stumbled up the event hall on the back corner of the property. Years later we were engaged and looking for a wedding venue. We looked at a ton of venues around Austin as well as in the Denver metro, and none of them stood up to what Jester King could provide. We got married at The Hall at Jester King in September 2023, and everything about the wedding was exactly what we had hoped for. Taylor and Myrna go above and beyond for the couples getting married here; they were available to answer questions months in advance of the wedding, and went out of their way to make our day special - including pulling aside a keg of our favorite beer just for the wedding, and working with a local winery to get exactly what we wanted. Jester King catered the wedding, and we heard nothing but praise from all of the guests. A significant number of our guests had dietary restrictions (gluten allergies, vegetarian), but the farm-to-table menu gave us a ton of options. When needed the chef worked with us to make small changes to accommodate everyone (croutons on the side, substituting corn tortilla chips for pita chips). GOATS! We arranged to have Jester King's goats crash our wedding, which was an awesome surprise for our guests. The shepherd escorted them down the ceremony trail so it felt like they were honorary guests (and were stealthy!). We're looking forward to many more trips to Jester King, and many more memories to follow."

"We were recommended this place by a friend and were not disappointed. Jester King is about 20 to 30 mins outside of Austin (depending on traffic) in the scenic TX hill country. When you arrive, you will be amazed at how big the place is! The brewery is basically on a ranch with a large outdoor space that has a playground, walking trails, and goat pen. We ordered beer and pizza and loved both. There was also musicians which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and the overall vibe of the place was great. We didn’t pay for the goat tour but still walked by the fence and got to see some of the animal. Definitely a TX experience! Highly recommend."

"Every visit to Jester King is a fun time. I’m a big fan of their beer and their business. They make some of the best farmhouse beers around. They do spontaneous and creative beers well too. Their passion for what they do is evident in their brews and the grounds. There are multiple brewery buildings, large outside seating areas, covered seating tents, lawn games, multiple bars, a kitchen, cats, goats, and pizza! Jester King also has plentiful parking and is family- and kid-friendly. What more could you want? Also one of the bathrooms is an Airstream so that’s pretty neat too. They have a few different bars that have different beers. They should have a map/menu that tells you which beers are where. They also have food at the kitchen bar. If you can do a brewery tour, definitely do it. Jester King has a coolship which isn’t something every brewery has. If you’ve never heard of it, it’s kind of like a shallow tub that’s half the size of a room. It’s an older method used to cool wort and use the air from open windows to allow for yeasts and bacterias to inoculate the beer. If you’re at all interested in beer making, it’s fascinating. You could easily spend several hours at Jester King so plan accordingly. I would also recommend wearing relatively walkable shoes, especially if you plan on going over to see the goats."
