Reviews of SageWater Village
"Such a lovely property to live at. Have had a wonderful experience from the time I moved in to out. Jenna was such a great help in assisting me with any needs!"
"most unethical apartment complex I have ever lived at. They will charge you for pet damage from a previous tenant (I never had a pet in the apartment) and refuse to work with you and take off the charges. Wish I could give zero stars"
"I lived here for two years, everything was great until we moved out. Some things we did enjoy was how spacious the apartments were, and that you could enjoy nice walks at the park. The first thing that we didn’t like is that the walls are painted with very cheap pain(chalky) it gets stained very easily. Secondly, We were charged for a whole new stove top, when we moved in it was already very scratched. Third, we saw a very high increase of insects during the last few months. They will charge you so much to break your lease so be aware and ask questions before moving in.I recommend taking lots of pictures if you decide to move in, it will be very useful once you move out."
"DON'T MOVE INTO A UNIT FACING THE STREET! The 2 facing apartment buildings make a giant canyon-like echo. It's like living by an underpass. You get a TON of traffic from 35W and the surrounding shopping center. You think it's not going to be a big deal but it's rough. People FLY down the road and there's a ton of loud sports cars and trucks. Soundproof curtains don't help. Sometimes we couldn't even hear each other talk the vehicles are so loud. Prairie Vista is the worst, but the others are getting busier by the day. If anyone lives above you, you will hear them. I knew where my upstairs neighbor is at all times. I could hear them going to the bathroom and having conversations. If they have kids, forget about it. Front office is not great... Sometimes it's different people. There's a guy there I see sometimes who's pretty cool, but the rest don't seem to care. They raised our rent by $500 since 2021. At least use a % or something instead of just gouging your residents. Hot market or not, that's extreme. Some neighbors are cool but most people there aren't friendly. Not rude, just not nice. People use the pool who don't live here. You'll see them get into their car and leave afterwards. They tried to institute wrist bands but nobody uses them or cares. Deliveries can be tough because the gates to the buildings lock. Sometimes they just have to leave your delivery outside the gate. Some pros: Property itself is pretty nice. Nice being close to the pond. Some people like to walk their dogs and fish down there. Definitely the complex's best feature. Maintenance guys are probably the BEST part about the complex. They're on top of it when you need something. Super nice guys too. I think most of the positive reviews here are fake. They used to have a ton of mostly negative reviews but a new crop of overly gushingly positive reviews have popped up from people. You can tell they're doing damage control. Understandable. I would only recommend moving here if you're living on the top floor and NOT facing the street."
"LOVE this property! The amenities are beautiful (love the waterfall pool and the cute pond and walking trails). All of the office staff I interacted with were kind and helpful. Mackenzie was super responsive to all of my calls and emails and never seemed bothered by my many many questions."
