"Hot water is off majority of the time they don't fix on them raggedy apartments and wanna go up on rent my daughter has a five inch crack around the window that they supposedly has fixed homeless people come around people apartments you report they don't even roll back camera"

"Worst place I've ever rented. A new manager named CJ came in half way of our year contract and is absolutely horrible. We tried to tell him how our ENTIRE kitchen didn't work (clogged sink, garbage disposal broke, fridge that dropped water into our food, and only 2 burners worked on the oven) and he claimed "never received emails." On top of the pipes backing up which resulted in a LITERAL RIVER OF FECES at least 3 times in a year which stained the parking lot. Absolutely disgusting with awful management. DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE"

"I recommend you not move here and look everywhere else. Management is horrible after the change. Nothing in the apartments worked like it should. There's always a sewer issue and a river of human waste. The people/neighbors are great but the apartments themselves are the worst. At the price you pay its not worth it at all. Charged me more for 15 days of my last month than any other months rent I had to pay. Last place I would ever recommend to anyone. There is much better out there, dont waste your time and definitely not your money."
