"There is more rats in here than people. When I first moved in I didn’t have a stove for 2.5 months. Water gets cut off every other week. They are trying to make the outside look good but not fixing the inside.."

"Felipe is a really nice young man I came into the office and he was very professional and he got me what I needed right away with no issues. And Francis the regional manger is very nice and understanding as well they came in and took over and change the apartments around things are looking good. If your looking for a place come check them out I highly recommend these apartments and there nice on the inside."

"I've been here for 3 years and have had a terrible experience with the managers.a dew months back we got new owners and Ms Judy is by far the best manager I've had she gets things done the maintenance men are very good they fix thing right away our property is a lot cleaner and the new security cameras make me feel a lot safer there's no more random people hanging around I absolutely love her"

"I been here since Feb 2020 I recently moved from a 1 bedroom to a two bedroom. Even though it was during the holiday Ms Judy made the move stress free. Now that the Apts are under New Management things have changed for the better. Things are finally getting done. Don’t want to forget about Maintenance they do an incredible job as well.. I’m Thankful for the staff for improving this complex In a fast and timely matter. Keep up the good work ."

"Apartments are horrible!!! Office open whenever they feel like it. Voice-mail always full. No such thing as after hours or weekend maintenance emergency, they will not show up until work hours. Most Apartments air conditioner are broken 80% of the summer. Have to heat your apt with gas stove in the winter. Homeless staying in the empty Apartments and setting them on fire. Constant blackouts. Water gets turned off occasionally with no notice roach infested. Drug addicts wondering all night."
