"They are working with me, just have to be patient with the process.. the staff are friendly most of the time, they can get pretty busy where it takes longer to get things sorted out. Still love the people and looking forward to staying here in tranquility and peace."
"Applied for this apartment and two days later I was approved to move in. The apartment was clean and newly renovated and the leasing staff are super friendly! Lucy made the entire process super easy and fast and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. So far everything is great!"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The cheaper price compared to other places in DFW is tempting, but do not do it. 1. They do not clean outside very well 2. The apartments have roach infestations 3. The dumpster is in the middle of all the apartments in the road, it’s very ugly to look at and stinks especially if you live close. 4. They do not enforce any rules, there is dog poop everywhere because nobody cleans it up after. 5. I had things that were broken upon moving in that didn’t get fixed in the 4 months I lived there. For example, my shower was only luke warm almost cold the whole time. My wife HATED taking showers there because of it, they never fixed it even after complaining multiple times. 5. The windows had nails closing them shut when I moved in, and they never fixed it. That’s illegal, by the way. There were a multitude of issues there and that was one of the reasons we chose to leave. I had to move out early and was told that I would be charged about $1100, which was fine. Come to find out they charged me for something they directly told me multiple times I would NOT be charged for. So it ended up being $3350. Huge difference.. BIG FAT NEGATIVE -5 STARS."
"Iris is the best manager these apartments have ever had! I’ve been here 2 years so I’m speaking from experience.. She’s knowledgeable kind and helpful every time I go to see her.. I hope she never leaves.. but my experience overall has been problem free for the most part.. great price great size.. give em a look for yourself.."
"The office staff have been amazing since I first walked into the building. They held the apartment when I didn't respond, pushed to get me moved in on schedule, were prompt to answer my maintenance request (although I am still waiting for a new stove, but maintenance assured me it was on its way), and have been the most relaxed, chill, dog friendly, down to earth, understanding office staff I have ever had and I've lived in apartments almost my entire adult life. I will admit, I was a bit nervous about moving in; this area doesn't have the greatest reputation, but I like it, I feel safe, the community center is across the street which has a library, food pantry, basketball court, park, and it's free to use the computers and make copies! There is a convenient store and laundry mat next door, autozone and QT, dry cleaners, post office and more less than a mile away and public transport available. When we moved in, I did see a dead roach, and when I saw 2 come from the hot water heater by the stove the next day, I immediately sent in a pest control request. Maintenance was at the door the next day. Since then, we haven't seen anymore really to speak of. Maybe 1 a day for the first couple weeks only in that area and for over a month, nothing. I've been very impressed with these apartments and the community as a whole... and hey, for the first time in a couple YEARS, some of the neighbors have actually waved and/or even stopped to say hello and introduce themselves. I really do like it here! And a special thanks to the lady who gave me a ride to my apartment from the food pantry! I cannot express how grateful, so very thankful and how much I desperately needed that spark of hope that day. After the last 2-4 years of dealing with roach infestations, carjackings, people hiding in the attic, slumlords, giant spiders, scorpion invasions, pickpocketing "friend's", paired with the next door brothers hiding in the shadows, the good/ angry drunk door, dash attacking, fence climbing, can't seem to say anything nice once your back is turned with an inability to whisper duo... (Yeah, I have lived through some nightmares), but The Stella.... for the first time in a long time, I feel safe and at home."
