"I haven't lived in an apartment over thirty five years, needless to say it was like a new experience shopping around for one. I was looking at other places when I happened to remember Bellterra. I stopped in late in the evening and met with Courtney Johnson. From then on I was convinced that I had found my new home. Courtney was a consummate professional. She was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and haI love my apartment s made it a wonderful experience. I love my apartment and all the amenities that Bellterra provides. Courtney makes it feel a like a family. Again I cannot say enough about Courtney, she was a big reason why I chose Bellterra."

"Had a problem getting approved and Charlotte B helped me along the way. She helped me with a problem I was having while being very respectful and patient through out my process. I wish i can give her a hug, seriously! I Love the apartment i'm getting, great and affordable for my little family! Leasing office is very helpful too as well! Can't wait to move in!"

"This place is awful. Would leave zero stars if i could. I experienced two floods (in separate apartments) and the staff was not helpful. The most recent flood, it took them a week to get a plumber out. My car was broken into as well as other residents cars (probably because the gate was broken for almost two months, and even after fixing they continue to leave the gate open until night time). There is black mold growing in the apartment I just left (because of the flood). On top of that, there is a dead cat on the property that I let the front office know about and the property managers response was "oh we don't handle things like that, you take care of it." I would steer clear of this place because the staff is unhelpful, it is full of crime, and your apartment will probably flood/be full of mold. (It's funny that after every 1 star review, a 5 star review magically pops up. Kinda suspect if you ask me.)"

"Nothing is their problem and they don’t take responsibility for anything. Recently the parcel locker center went down, and when this happened the first time they locked all of our packages in the main office; however, this time some management’s bright idea was to leave the packages on the floor in the parcel locker room, and we were informed that every package was stolen. Guess what the reimbursement was? You guessed it…they said it’s not there responsibility. I’ve reached out to Courtney Escamilla via email and phone last week and she still hasn’t gotten back to me. Had the packages been delivered to my door I would have received them. You are required to have your package delivered to a locker room, it is not a choice, where they take no responsibility for keeping them safe, and charge daily fees for packages left over 3 days. Recent notice says deliver to our front door (that should have always been an option) The gates are just for decorations because they barely work. There are so many homes available for the same or lower prices with the same requirements. This place is just not worth it, in my opinion. The low level of returned calls and customer service tells me everything I need to know. I bet if you call about renting an apartment they’ll call you back quickly. Just know when you’re in the buck stops there. All that good quality customer service is out the window…save yourself ahead of time. You’ve been warned."

"If you’re looking to move here and think the price is “too good to be true,” it is. I moved in back in late Jan 2023, and then a week after living here, my apartment flooded. They let us move into another unit. I thought, “ok, well, things happen, no problem.” Then, in Nov 2023, our unit flooded with sewage water. It took over a week to get a plumber out. They ran shop fans and dehumidifiers, so our electricity doubled. They said they couldn’t help with that and they wouldn’t even refund our rent to the day it became uninhabitable. All I can say is make sure you have fantastic renters insurance if you live here because you will need it. Between Feb 2023 and Nov 2023, my boyfriend's car was broken into, as well as other tenant’s cars. The gate is broken 9/10. Package lockers are down every other week. And if there is a dead animal (on their property) and you alert them to it, they will tell you it’s not their problem, and if it bothers you, then you can deal with it. There is dog feces everywhere, and neighbors are very loud. Parking can be tricky, especially when neighbors throw parties every weekend. Also, make sure you have a ring camera because the packages that are delivered to your door will probably be stolen. I've honestly never met such an unqualified group of people like the staff at Belterra. They are not compassionate and treat you like a burden. Please move anywhere but here!"
