"Man bad place to stay is a understatement your better off living on the streets Especially if you're not Mexican. You will get talked down too put out the office for asking questions you feel the vibe just walking in the door and that's if they are there the office is not open 5 or 7 days a week infact from the 1st to the 3rd they are not open so expect late fees every month maintenance do not fix anything at all they come and look and tell you they will be back and never come back other then shootings and trash all over the place its still a shifty place to call home Picture living on lancaster but just paying 1500 a month rent at own risk all they want is your money been here 2 years and still have the same things messed up a Neighbor of mine has sewage leaking in his bathroom from upstairs for the last six months and still has not been fixed"

"If I could give it negative 65 I would. Unless you are Hispanic they’ll treat you like scum. Never in the officer the first 4 days of the month so if you want to pay via money order they want to make you late on purpose. Went 4 months with out the grass being cut. Threatened me with ridiculously high fees for rules I know I didn’t break like have a single chair on my balcony (I threw it away to avoid the unnecessary fee). Never answer the phone very rude and discriminative to people of color. The people before were okay but these new people have treated tenants that have been here with much disrespect and disgust. Even looked at my child as if she had sht on her face. Tried to pen 700 dollars of fees my last three months on the lease. I could go on for days. All I can say is the people in the office are looking to bring all there cousins and uncles who don’t even have an valid ID or bank account but will give you a hard time because you are of color and have children. Terrible and I would build a house myself before I deal with messed up people like the ones in the office and above. I get you want to remodel your new property but the nasty attitudes and making up of fees is crazy. If you have money to give they love you because that’s exactly what they want. People who I’ll just pay the fees with no questions or legal research. Literally made up rules that were not in my lease and tried to charge me. So glad to be done with my lease. They would have loved to bully me into breaking my lease. I cannot stress this enough they are never in office never open to help you with questions or repairs but dishing out random dollars amount they want you to give them. Also very prejudiced. Most of the handy men are really nice and respectful that’s they only nice thing I could find to say."

"I've lived here at the nolan for 9 years been through 3 different owners and lurin is the best one by far we are going through a lot of changes here at the nolan can be frustrating but when you have a problem and bring it to there attention politely they will help you. Ms Elizabeth is a great manager people just need to have patients. I myself would recommend living here if you can be a good tenant and be responsible and pay your bills REMEMBER the apartments are only as good as the residents make it if you have bad tenants you will have bad apartments and that's being honest ...thanks again Ms Elizabeth"

"I have never lived in a bad of place as this. You can't get through to maintenance or the office or even corporate for that matter .they have no emergency number to get through and never fix anything and when by chance they do it doesn't get fixed right. We pay amenities and don't get to use them.water is shut off with no notice fed up this place sucks"
