"I travel for work so I was bugging them constantly. They were straightforward about everything and so far they have fixed anything I've noticed or wanted changed. They even helped me move payments around to make it more affordable when I needed it."

"Lived here for 3 years. Whole time communication wasn’t the best… also if you love mold this is the place for you. Mold was growing in my bathroom and all they wanted to do was paint over it. If they showed more concern for their tenants they would probably have better reviews."

"I would give this complex zero stars if I could. The management at the complex is awful. They do not answer the phone or call people back after leaving several voicemails. Maintenance argued with me several times when it came to changing smoke detectors. The smoke detectors were more than 10 years old and maintenance was too cheap to change them out until I hassled them about it. If you live here, you will be ignored by management and then when it comes to moving out they will try to screw you out of the most money possible. We had paid off our rent through the end of our lease(because they charge triple to break a lease no matter the reason.) and got an eviction notice 10 days before the end of our lease. When trying to resolve the issue, I was ignored and there was no communication from management as to how to resolve the issue. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"We moved in March 10, 2023 and the staff has been wonderful and very helpful from the very first time we came to view the apartment complex. Channing was very welcoming, sweet and kind. Very knowledgeable and answered every one of our questions and concerns. From there, Monica was just the same very kind and helpful and on move in day we got to meet Tawana and she is a another wonderful staff member. She helped with our keys and welcomed us and was very kind and helpful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. The maintenance team has been great as well, any issues we’ve had with the apartment or appliances have been fixed very promptly. Y’all are great! Keep up the good work!!"
