"Mirador apartments is an amazing and beautiful property to live at. Don’t believe me? Come check it out and take a tour yourself, I promise you’ll fall in love!! Irene, Alyssa, and Cory are the best and will work with getting you in the apartment of your dreams! Love this place"
"Mirador apartments is a pretty decent place to live with spacious floorplans and great amenities (kid's park, dog park, swimming pool, etc.) What shines about mirador are two things though. 1. The manager Cory is phenomenal. He always goes out of his way to make sure that the residents are taken care of. Even more important is that if some type of problem occurs, Cory takes ownership and fixes whatever the problem is to the best of his ability. Its a very admirable trait for someone to have and its certainly a large part of the reason we've continued to live here. We have a good amount of trust that if there's some sort of problem, Cory will do his best to make it right. 2. Maintenance is wonderful. They're very kind and (maybe even more importantly) quick. Whenever something breaks it seems that maintenance is always on top of it in a hurry. In addition to being fast, they're very professional and do their best not to intrude into your living space. Mirador is a great place to live, I don't think that we'll live here forever but as long as we need an apartment, it'll be here!"
"Honestly, I looked at these apartments with so much hope. They are literally just upgraded apartments . There's not really much luxury living here. Yes they have a few amenities that other complexes may not have, like a fire pit and some nice seating for the grills in the back. Aside from that, it's an upgraded runned down complex. The walls are paper thin. We live in an upstairs unit and can hear every thing from our downstairs neighbors, including kids crying. It's so crystal clear that it feels like we reside under the same roof! God forbid your neighbors are on a different sleep schedule than your household I haven't had a good solid night sleep in over two months due to my neighbors night activity that wakes us up at all hours of the night and early morning. That's not luxury living. People don't pick up their trash or pick up after their pets. The workers don't even refill the dog baggies or the trash bins, 80% of the time. They do have a manager that seems to actually care and I feel he is doing his best with the property. Don't get me wrong the property does have potential to be in the luxury living category but as it sits now, no. The hot water ... you're lucky if you can get a 20-30 minute shower. Even if you haven't been home in 10-12 hours to use any water. Even with adjustments to the temp gage, still mprovement. So with a family of 4, we have to split up our showers in 1 hour enquvels. It takes one hour between each person for the hot water to improve enough to take a 12 min shower. This makes our nights long, on the days that we all get home around the same time. Could you imagine working with blood, and guts for 12-16 hour shifts, and not be able to enjoy a hot shower? That's not luxury living. Cops are in and out of here all of the time. I'm aware that this is somewhat normal but it's almost everyday or night! If they picked better tenants, the police activity would decrease. So that should give you a clue as to who they allow to live here. I've been in true luxury complexes, just down the street, and it was a shocker to see police on property. That's not luxury living. The swimming pool is disgusting. We had to clean the pool each time before we swam. The water is so gross that you can literally see particles of debree floating on top of and in the depths of the pool. People go out there and just have no manners for others. The tenants leave trash everywhere, and you're lucky to be able to enjoy the pool or cabana area without unruly kids running around or ghetto adults smoking, drinking, and disregarding anyones peace or space that is around the area. You almost can't even enjoy some of the amenities sometimes. That's not luxury living. We haven't been here a full year but 6 months in and we are weighing other rentals as an option. Had I known or had the time to look, we never would have moved in here. (we had to move in a hurry due to our roof caving in at our last rent house) i wished i had know that there were much nicer, bigger, newer, and more affordable complexes right around the corner that have much better selections on floor plans, pricing, unit size, and much more to offer than we have here. I'm so sad to even feel the need to have to write this review. I just want to warn others. This place looks great but it's not worth the money. It literally feels like we live in the hood, sometimes. So if you want something nice and quiet, something clean and pristine, I'd check out somewhere else."
"We called Mirador home for 2.5 years and loved it! Well landscaped areas to walk your pet, a beautiful pool, responsive and kind staff, and we felt safe! We only left due to a work relocation but it has been our favorite place to live! 10/10 recommend!"
