"I called for information on a house for rent that I found on Zillow and told them I was planning on applying. I applied that same day, called back & scheduled a viewing for the next day. I showed up at the scheduled time & no one was there so I called the guy that I scheduled the viewing with to let him know I was there & got no response. Finally after sitting outside the house for 30 minutes I googled the company and found a different phone mumber. I called that phone number & no one answered so I left a voicemail, shortly after I received a call back from someone at the company apologizing for never showing up & telling me to text their number to reschedule the viewing, I said I understood & that I would do so. Immediately after that phone call I sent a text asking to reschedule the viewing & never got a response. The next morning they messaged saying it was rented out. What a waste of my time. Unprofessional & no communication skills whatsoever."
