But this property deserves a review with 5 STARS. to start off, this property cares about their residents and their quality of living with always upkeeping the property and making sure everything is working properly to keep their residents safe property we'll maintained. Their maintenance personal is second to none and is always very professional - Great job Taylor Prichard. The office staff is amazing and I doubt I have enough characters to talk about the Porperty Manager - Andrea Faries. She is very kind and professional, easily to deal with and takes good care of her residents. Villa Lago - Vanterra. Thank you for all you do! Keep up the great work!!!"

Her bubbly personality is so welcoming and you can tell that she truly strives to make sure that all the residents needs are met within a timely manner and she loves her job!! "We arrived to the open office but no one from the Leasing personnel was there, just another person waiting to obtain leasing information. Once she returned to the office, she attended the first visitor. We waited 45 minutes overall to speak with the leasing agent. Then, once she was finished I informed her we were also there to obtain information. She said we are closing now so can you come back tomorrow or another day! This was 5 minutes before 6pm on Friday. I informed her that no I couldn’t since I had been there already 45 minutes waiting for her to return to the office and attend to the other customer. While I was fine not being able to tour any of the available units, I felt she could at least give me leasing information. Her answers were vague and she appeared annoyed that she had to answer my questions. I found her behavior unprofessional and extremely rude! There was absolutely no intent in promoting the apartment complex to me as a potential future tenant. I don’t recommend this place at all."
