The Sasha at University

"I love the Sasha! The place is great, it’s a perfect location. My unit was spacious and well designed. The complex is always kept impeccably clean. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issue you may have. I noticed a 1 star review and I’m not sure if they’re referring to the same complex. As soon as I submitted a maintenance request, my issue was resolved same day. I highly recommend the Sasha! Go check them out for yourself! :)"

"Before Proxy Management took over, this was such a great place to live. A great community, well kept units and facilities with great management that lived on property. I moved in November of 2020 and Proxy Management took over August of 2022. After Proxy Management took over, my time at the Sasha at University was a major disappointment. Their incompetence and lack of care for their tenants made living in their apartments an unbearable experience. The management team was consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. Any attempts to address maintenance issues or concerns were met with indifference or outright ignored. It was clear that tenant satisfaction was at the bottom of their priority list. Furthermore, the rent charged was completely unjustifiable. It was an insult to pay such a high price for subpar living conditions and an overall lack of quality services. I would strongly advise against renting from this terrible apartment management company"
