"*updated review* Lived here 7 years...not a single roach, no rats, no theft no vandalism. All neighbors are very respectful to each other and things. If you order from Amazon nobody messes with your delivery. maintenance is very good at taking care of work orders, yesenia and chris also very wonderful and professional. The only issue I had was the A/C ..that A/C kept leaking and drove me nuts! But the staff and maintenance took care of me and I'm so thankful and grateful for my stay here. Its quiet, safe , alot of families. You have local groceries stores nearby Loved it here! The best of the best!"

"I lived here for like 5 years. It’s a great apartment in a safe location. The management team is quick to assist you in anything you need and maintenance fixes things in a timely manner. This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived at. However, I am downgrading the stars for here because there are too many other problems and fixing stuff is the bare minimum of landlords. There are quite a few downsides to living here though. There is hardly any grass because the employees drive their golf carts wherever they want to and there is no dog park just doggy waste stations. The pool is only open like 2 months out of the year which is frustrating cause we all pay to use it. I wish they had scheduled times you can reserve the pool for. They have been starting projects lately but not finishing them. So while the rent goes up, nothing is actually getting better."

"I have lived there for over since 2013 and it has always progressively gotten better and better. The peace here makes for a good quality of life. Ownership and management are always upgrading and making changes to the interior and exterior of the property. I enjoy that it is one of the only gated secured properties around and have cameras all over the property for security. I have always been fortunate to see calm, friendly and hardworking neighbors. Management and maintenance are great people and love to laugh."

"I lived here for almost 2 years and I never had any problems here. If I had any issues with the apartment I handled them through Yesenia, which she always responded quickly. The maintenance gentlemen will fix problems with the apartments the same day and in an extremely fast manner once they're notified. Great place to live. Neighbors are nice. Managers, staff, and maintenance are professionals. They will truly take care of you!"

"We enjoyed our stay here because the staff was so responsive and friendly. Fernando and team are still great. The office staff is knowledgeable and efficient. It is a well run ship. This is an apartment neighborhood that serves hard-working people with a variety of schedules. The apartments are sturdy and well-used. Upgrades are nice. A good value for the reasonable rent. Because the property overall is compact and essentially adult, there's not much room for children to run around or ride their bikes. They need to be supervised for their safety. There is a fenced pool, but no playground. Parking is located around the immediate perimeter of the buildings. The property backs up on a pretty neighborhood of single family houses where there is a park with walking paths and equipment for the children. These apartments serve well as transition locations for some people and long-term residences for others. The owner has done a good job of making the rules fair and keeping the cost of living there controlled."
