"Old management company was amazing and had great communication, however the new owners, "Barclay", are pretty awful so far. You now have to pay a fee to just pay your rent, there is rarely any communication when large problems occur such as the AC going down or the hot water being down for a whole week. If you call the number listed on the website sometimes it'll just beep at you and never go through and if someone does answer, I couldn't even tell I was calling the management company because it was just this guy answering with a confused "Hello?". Rent went up 13%. With the AC and MOLD issues this place has, it's no longer worth what they charge to rent."

"I lived here for 9 months, when I first moved in it was represented by Pilot and was great. When Walker took over everything went down hill. What they used to have 3 different services for now they had 1 maintenance man. He did his best but seriously? There is no follow up or communication. Steven is a joke of a leasing manager.
