"Do yourself a favor and just don’t…don’t be fooled by the positive reviews either, I’ve personally been bribed to write one. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the maintenance staff are very nice and they made my 2 repairs in a timely manner. The office on the other hand should not be allowed to run the front desk of a Motel 6 let alone an entire community. Threatening fees for trash being left out when their contractors don’t pick it up according to schedule. Changing computer systems in the middle of an already ongoing circus. Until a month ago when Tracy came along you were lucky to get someone to answer the phone. Police have been on site multiple times (once for a fugitive hiding out in someone’s unit). And after all of this they offered me to renew my lease with an increase in rent when the exact same unit is CURRENTLY RENTING CHEAPER."

"Unfortunately the option to go lower than one star doesn't exist. Please, if you have any self respect, do not move here. I have 0 good things to say except that the maintenance staff should receive everyone else's paycheck because they actually seemed to care. I moved in under the old management in 2022, and stayed during the transition, moving out in July of 2023. The front office is a joke, no one is ever in there and during working hours it's like winning the lottery to get someone on the phone. I moved out a month before my lease was up (still paying rent until the end of my lease) just to avoid living here for any more time that I had to. Fast forward five and a half months to the beginning of January, I was contacted by a debt collection agency stating that I owed money to Remi. I never received a bill in the mail, phone call, or email from Remi once I moved and payed all rent and utilities on time. They are currently too incompetent to know why I owe anything, but insist I pay the debt collection agency. Even after calling them multiple times trying to understand the charges, being calm and courteous, they would always claim to figure it out and call me back but I was always the one calling them. Please do yourself and everyone else a favor and allow this apartment complex to go out of business. I would rather live under the I-30 overpass than sign another lease with these clowns."

"I have lived at Remi for over 2 years and if I could put 0 stars for the lack of information, accountability, or interest that this “management” team has for the residents I would. They do not answer when you call. They do not return voicemails or reply to emails in a timely fashion. They have spent money updating the property but non of the updates directly affect residents. The pool was without chairs and furniture for several months. The pool was so disgusting that the city of Fort Worth had to shut it down and it took several weeks (or months) to re-open. You can hear gun shots at night. Police are always patrolling this area because it’s unsafe. The gate around the property is never locked. I had a dirty bloody mattress left at my front door in the middle of the night. My fiancé’s car was towed even though he was a registered tenant. They require you to pay for valet trash service but the trash service is not dependable and does not show up for daily pick up as they should. Remi does not have a strict enough policy for dogs who go outside without a leash. A tenant and close friend of mine was bit and had to be taken to the ER. She was then attacked by a different dog several months later. I do not advise living here."

"I’m finally getting around to writing this review. First and foremost I want to say how amazing the leasing office is here. Taloni, Patricia, and Vanessa are so so amazing and accommodating. While applying for these apartments it took about 4 months to finally get the green light due to employment reasons but they were patient and worked with me. I’ve only needed maintenance once and within the hour they had my problem fixed. As well as I ran into a situation where I need my keys changed last minute and they stayed behind after office hours to make sure I got new keys. They go above and beyond to make sure their applicants and residents are well taken care of. The apartments themselves are great to say the least but it’s the leasing office that makes it even better."
