"Treated like trash by "manager Ria" I have lived at here since late 2019, never missed a payment and never been an issue. My lease was up in March '24 and i decided to transfer to bigger unit. This process was nothing but a hassle. I asked for 2 things when they unit was being repaired (new paint to match my old unit and a thermostat that was in line with current technology). When I was allowed to walk and view my apartment on the 1st NEITHER were done. The apartment was a disgusting yellow color and the thermostat was quite possibly from the 80's. I asked that they repaint (which they did) but was told I should be good to move in by the 2nd, possibly 3rd. This process took until the 5th of the month. At this point I was told I had NOT paid rent and was late along with having to be completely out of my current unit THE SAME DAY (it was 4pm when this was said to me). Ria ( "the manager") was yelling at me, threatening and then she so graciously gave me ONE MORE DAY to move out even considering the time delay was her fault. Not to mention I had to cancel my movers set for the 1st and do this all on my own now... After being told I had until the end of the day on the 6th to move out completely (which I did) I wake up to an email that was sent at 8:39pm saying that I must drop keys off by 9am or I would be charged daily. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT TENNANTS. I could continue to list other issues but if you have already made it this far, you get the picture. 10/10 don't recommend"

"I lived at Constellation Ranch Apartments for 9 years from the end of 2014 to the end of 2023. For the most part it was a great place to live. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the pool was fairly well-maintained, the gym area was nice place to work-out and the staff were kind and happy to assist you. The apartment complex is right by a Game On Arena which hosts indoor soccer games and is fairly close to Downtown Fort Worth, and restaurants in the Hulen Mall and Lake Worth areas, which made it conveniently located. Management did change hands a few times, which overall didn’t effect things too much, other than the maintenance being contracted out to a third-party towards the end of my stay, which greatly impacted their response times to work orders that I placed, and the capability to place work orders online on their website went away. I’d like to thank the staff for making my stay a comfortable and enjoyable one, and hope that Constellation Ranch continues to be a great place to live in Fort Worth."
