"The rent was affordable, I never had problems with the neighbors or management, the maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner, and it was safe. However, my biggest complaint while living there was that the apartment REEKED of cigarette smoke. I was told the smell would go away, but it never did. After I moved, the smoke stench was still on all of my things. Smoking is allowed outside so be aware that MANY tenants smoke by their doors. Also, I'd suggest they do something about all the trash on the complex and be strict about people picking up after their pets. Overall, it's an ok place. The smoking was just big issue for my health, and it was the main reason I moved."

"Location is great and so are the prices, but I’ve had problems since the day I moved in. Roaches still here and exterminator was suppose to come and check and spray again 3 months ago and til this day nothing. It took Maitanence 2-3 weeks to find where water was coming from, finally it was coming from the wall. Now my breaker keeps shutting off and Maitanence is going to get here when they can cause the electrician is in the hospital and I guess they only have one..."

"Best apartments to live in Harlingen if you ask me. Awesome management and friendly owner. Only reason we moved out was because we needed to upgrade to a 3 bedroom and all were taken at the time. The 24/7 surveillance cameras was the best part, really made us feel safe. Would definately move back if we could!"

"Lived here about 3 year and it has always been a quiet peaceful place. Upkeep and maintenance is at the top of their list. Short walk to laundry room is a plus and surveillance of the property gives me a peace of mind. Extremely affordable and modern update within unit."
