"Been here almost 2 years & never had any problems, management is Great & very understanding, whenever I had anything that needed fixing they would fix it within a day or two. The Laundromat got renovated also so No bad comments to say about this place while I was here."

There are cameras all around making you feel safe, laundromat just got renovated and machines are very affordable. Majority of tenants have been here a long time so you don’t see a lot of people moving in and out which I love."

"Rented for a year and didn’t have any problems. Apartments are affordable and they work with you if have pets. Assistance was always available during office hours. Never had any issues with the neighbors, overall good experience."

"Amazing apartments only had a fly issue once due to the trash and rainy season but was fixed quickly in a day or 2 once it was brought to their attention, never has a issues with flies again, management was amazing and understanding of situations along with that they were always quick to get maintenance to fix anything or look into anything needed, always will try their best to help out even when you moved out. It was my first actual apt and they did amazing in all aspects. When I use to rent with others as roommates the places were never this understanding or willing to help"
