Reviews
"Friends went to go see the apartments and let an employee, Jackie, and management know of several issues including the roof caving in, and structural issues in the stairs (shown in the pictures) and they did not care. Not only that, their only excuse was that the apartments were built in 1973 and if they didn't like it they could just not lease."
"Awesome service Rosalio " Chalio ".Thank you so much for tending to all the maintenance needs and resolving our apartments issues ."
"This apartment complex is too expensive and management was terrible. I had multiple encounters with a hostile neighbor, alerted management (who were aware of the issues before we moved in) the only solution was to find another place, deal with it or pay a transfer fee to move into another unit. no help. If you put a work order in you have to hound the front office or it'll never get fixed. The units are wayy overpriced. After leaving the apartment in great shape we were sent a bill from a collection agency of 450$. If you don't mind predatory pricing an bad management this is the place for you."
"Lived here for two years. They're not the highest quality apartment but neither is their pricing so you get what you pay for situation. Management was very nice and promptly addressed all of my concerns (like really loud neighbors at 3am) and most of the time gave notice when they had to enter your apartment. They were very fair when returning the deposit and were timely (After 2 weeks of lease ending). All of my issues I had were very minor. Honestly, if rent wasn't going up (that's happening everywhere now) I would've renewed but had to look elsewhere for cheaper alternatives and thankfully found something more budget friendly."
"Make sure that they tell you everything when you move in. They can always give you the penalty even for what they have never been told. Make sure to read to the contract before signing. The apartment is awful with lots of tree worm at the backyard. First I thought that they were nice (staffs and accommodation) but a little while later on, I decide to come back here again to change my previous comment. To my network and partner, totally not recommended."
