"I'll admit, at first management sucked and so did maintenance, but ever sense Josie (Manager) and the 2 new maintenance guys came in the process of getting stuff repaired on point is 100. But I will admit, some people will complain and beg a differ but those who do are behind or find any excuse to hold rent for not repairing. All in all it's quiet, no break ins, everyone keeps to themselves, and we hope to see the pool running this year again."

"The La Feria location is very nice and very affordable. They are pretty new and the inside of my apartment was well taken care of. The property manager was also very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this location if you’re looking for something quiet and well maintained."

"Its going on 4 months and I have not received my deposit of $300! She gives me the run around and has told me multiple times it was sent out. If that were true i would have received it by now. I moved out 09/28/2017 and its 12/21/2017 and i have yet to receive my deposit or a tracking # or even a courtesy phone call. Im very disappointed!!!"
