"We have lived here for 12 years, staff has always been polite.Even though the apartments are aging they still keep up with maintenance and in very good conditions. The property looks nice! I love living here! Thank you for the office staff and maintenance staff! Keep up the good work!"

"I'm going to keep on posting Bad Reviews. This people have mold in there apartments. I could not breath in the night. There was black mold in the Ac unit n we would clean it n it came back. I was forced to move not by choice but for health reasons. N they had the odesesity to put me n my Son n Daughter in law in bad Credit. It has effected our credit. N they continue to have us in bD credit. Because we chose to move out of this awful unattended apartment s.. I Believe we need to do something about. The manager there,does not care at all I tried to call to get a money order that proves I paid my rent for the month only stayed for 1 week n was forced to get another place, forced to pay rent twice, because according to them they could not get no one to fix the place, they said because covid n it was OK if I had to move. I Paid one whole month n never stayed but one week because I couldn't stand the mold I was waking up gasping for Air. I found another place n . That month I ended up paying close to 1500.00 to be able to live more better, I cleaned it up better then how we got it. N they told me to leave the keys in there stupid little box n that they has no time to go check the Apt because they were behind on other things. So I could drop off the keys n it was OK. That they would not put us in bad Credit. Since we only stayed 1 month n the 2nd month we moved out. They ended up saying that I had not paid the last month's rent. That was a lie n they refused to give me the copy of the money order that proves I did pay. It's going on three years of bad credit.. Management is very bad. Think twice before you rent from this people.."

"Barely have lived here 3 months and I am ready to move out! At 1st it was great, but a long came some "neighbors" and everything went downhill on the quicks! Front office is a joke to be polite, when they side with the people who are making this place look ghetto and not worth it anymore. That's when it's time to move out! I had to install security cameras for my protection and thank God I did, because I was able to prove my point as to the property manager in the front office showing favoritism and taking sides. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy is what I can say about the property manager! If you're thinking about moving here, don't do it! From day one I had a problem with roaches and mice! And a neighbor who made living here hell! Screaming, banging their front door, playing loud music, when reported it to property manager was called a liar and I have emails to prove it! Learn your laws about Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment, because some property managers have no idea what that means!"

"If I can put no stars I would. Worst apartments you can sign a lease to. Save your money. They don’t fix anything. It’s summer and In my apartment it’s 85 and they don’t care , they say there gonna send someone and nobody comes. The pictures they show are not really what they look like. The dish washer don’t work right light switches don’t work , restroom light don’t work even when replaced the light bulb , it’s hot af, if I can I would want my money back. 900$ of rent for this apartment is totally over priced."

"No stars at all!!! Poor Service!!!! AC kept messing up. This past summer I was without AC for 2 weeks!!! Mind you I have 2 boys and was 8 months pregnant at the time!!! I was also working from home due to pandemic. They take their sweet time to fix things. They NEVER fixed our shower. I REGRET renting at Casa Saldana I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! I called Cindy to say I would be moving out in October ended up moving out 10/05/20 so I had to pay October’s rent. I sent multiple emails about the $300 deposit I left, no one ever answered or called me back! Fast forward to 02/06/2021 I receive a collections account on my credit report! I call the collections agency and the person says the account was opened by Casa Saldana because I failed to pay November’s rent?!! I moved out in OCTOBER! No one ever called or emailed to say I owed anything?!?! If anyone is planning on renting with Casa Saldana DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!"
