"Not worth your rent, management is very poorly never in office can never get ahold of, maintenance is horrible. It took them almost 2 months to fix my sink and when they “did” fixed to them it was by cutting my water off and having no hot water @11pm making unable to use the restroom for my kids til next day @9am. Even After all this the inconveniences they have the audacity to raise the rent to $675"
"I've lived here for almost 3 years and I like everything about it. Maintenance is great and really friendly. I've had multiple personal issues and staff are very understandable and helpful. Never had an issue with them and if my apartment needs something fix it will get done as soon as possible. So happy here!"
"I love these apartments! They are remodeled and have a modern feel inside. The new manager, Karla, makes sure that our apartments are in great condition and she sets up monthly fumigation/inspections. So thankful for affordable well taken care of apartments!"
"I recently moved out from this apartment complex, and I was waiting for my deposit back, since I never received any call in regards to that I called myself, just so they can lie about why they were NOT returning my deposit back. I find it very frustrating that the "owner" itself, Carla, has no respect nor customer service at all! When I was asking questions in regards to their "list" of things missing/replaced things, she was rude enough to tell me, she doesn't have why to speak to me and hung up on me. Mind you she hung up several times! If I knew she was right and I was wrong, I wouldn't be fighting my deposit back! I don't think its right for her to scam people like that, without giving any further explanation!"
