"Parking is terrible! No permit?? YOU WILL GET TOWED, MUST HAVE insurance under your name to get parking permit or you'll get towed! Park inside line cause then YOU WILL GET Towed! No permit? park outside gate, no parking available?? Too bad wait it out till one of THE car moves! TOWING CHARGE $312! Terrible place to live! I PROMISE YOU WONT SLEEP SLEEP IN PEACE THINKIN OF THAT PARKING PERMIT!Cockroaches are a problem here! Super outdated!"

"If I could rate zero star I would. Maintenance was horrible, while living there my first year he would always ask for money & looked like he was under the influence on the property. The new management is just rude. She isn’t a people person. It was always something about this apartment complex. Seriously there was a couple of weeks when they didn’t even have anyone working in the office. Just sad. And the wash room never worked only a couple of washers and dryers."

"This place is just a big no! There was mold on the ceiling, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, and the ac unit never worked. The manager sent maintenance to work on and in a week later it caught fire. They would say that they “sprayed” for bugs, but no one ever showed up. I had told the office several times that the oven didn’t work; it took a whole year for maintenance to show up just to look at it. Didn’t even fix it, the laundry mat they have was the worst. Only 3 washers out of 24 worked and the dryers only 5 worked. If you want to live in a place where they over look maintenance and get your car towed away, because they can’t see your tag. Then this is the place. Never again!"

"Ive lived here almost 6 years. Is a safe place to live and good behavior from all the neighbors. However, the only issue over the years is the laundromat. Only 5 washers out of 15 work and the old dryers 3 out of 10 work properly. The only installed new dryers because a-lot of residents signed a petition or so. Many people washed and it is always the issue. They said they will fix it but i have not seen any results. They might say they understand and to submit Work orders but nothing will change this. Maintenance is ok next to management."

"I have lived here maybe 5 yrs or so and my biggest and still only complaint is the laundromat area!! Machines are always broken they replaced dryers once and already a few do not work! I believe maybe like 6 washers work in the place and its hard to get to them when others need to wash also! I understand the staff can only do so Much in that area but I'm sure many of us would appreciate the company helping them replace items!! Staff is always great with me and the maintenance has recently improved greatly!! Ernesto is Great with anything we need fixed and is extremely kind! He is always willing to help us and is very handy so two thumbs up for having him work for your company!!!"
