"I have lived here by myself for 7 years and I could honestly say that the apartment itself and management were the best. I’ve never had any concerns or issues. They’ve always made it a point to resolve any maintenance issues. It is a safe, peaceful and quiet community. Living alone for 7 years proved that. I would have loved to stay longer if I didn’t need to relocate for new job opportunities. Highly recommended to any small family or if you are living alone."

"Sangria is a great place to live at. I have friends that live there and have lived there. I can honestly say they keep this place in check and of course there will always be people to complain. Yes there are dogs that get into the trash however there are a lot of dogs from a neighborhood close by that go in there and tear the trash up. However the owner cannot control that. So tenants need to either buy a trash can to put it in or walk to the dumpster to drop it off and that will solve that. As for noise yes several people listen to music, play guitar etc…. However they do follow the rules. So don’t let someone’s review keep you away."

"This is the worst place to live in!! Do not recommend my family member is disabled and he had family visit him . Because of that they gave him 3 days to move out mind you he’s in a wheel chair and they didn’t want to discuss anything with him when he told them to look at the cameras of what was going on they told him they didn’t want to hear it and just told him he has to LEAVE ! Don’t recommend if I can give 0 stars I would.."

"Look, all four review are 5 stars. That tells you something. I moved here from another Weslaco complex which was noisy and managemnt was uncaring. I literally slept with earplus at the other place. Came to Sangria Sunset and slept like a baby. Great management is very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Sangria Sunset and wish i had moved there to begin with."

"The Sangria Sunset Management and Staff showed much professionalism and kindness during all the time I resided there. This was the best place I lived in when I relocated to the Rio Grand Valley. Considering I had lived in four other locations in Weslaco and it's surrounding area before I found this wonderful complex. From the friendly neighbors to the clean well maintained environment and a safe, peaceful gated community, They truly made this feel like my home away from home."
