"I actually live here & use the handicap parking. They actually hired someone to come make business here to look for trouble and see who’s parking where. And towed my vehicle not once but TWICE because they couldn’t see the handicap parking placard. This is ubsurd!"

"These are the worst apartments you can live in!! Do not live here if you thought of renting do NOT. These are low based income apartments and they want to be charging fees towing vehicles like crazy when in reality it’s their fault the parking is not organized properly. After this inflation and the rise of rent they have the audacity to get more money out of us. They are worried about the wrong things they should fix the walls clean up the area , they took about 1 year to fix my back door and I got plenty of bugs. My ac was out for 1 week when it was burning hot outside. Also the receptionist has a sassy attitude and is air headed. Can never get a straight answer from her or she says something so bizarre."

"I lived here for 3 years and it’s a beautiful apartment complex especially the floor plans. The only problem is that management doesn’t treat their residents like you would expect. When speaking with them It feels as if they think they’re doing you the favor of letting you live here. The entire 3 years I lived there, the pool was closed 75% of the time. Not to mention, the poor mishandled parking situation. I got my own car towed while in my own parking and I ended up paying $450 to get my vehicle back. Meanwhile, unauthorized vehicles parked in areas that aren’t designated for parking never get towed even after a phone call."

"Very unpleasant living! I would not recommend renting here. Management working at the in the office is horrible and quite unfair. The main manager working in the office is very sweet and great, however the other person working there is extremely rude. They will claim they don’t have availability of certain requests then later on say something different without them realizing what they had previously stated. The place is extremely dirty. People are dirty and rude. Rules are not reinforced whatsoever. They initially state that there are no dogs allowed, however half of the apartment complex has dogs! People don’t pick up after the dogs nor themselves. There is only one person in charge of maintanance for the entire apartment complex, so it is very understandable that he cannot pick up after all of the mess people there create. I felt so bad because they do not make it easier on him. Management is aware that people have dogs but they say it’s for people who have disabilities, but they are not reinforcing the rules. Overall, it is not a good place to live in. Very displeased with this place of living."
