"I paid my 200 dlls deposit without being provided with any information or pictures of the actual unit. Unit was not available for seeing but also size dimensions were not provided. I was told to look at website pictures, but of course no floor plan was available and the pictures were very different the units look way bigger online. My parents gave the 200 dlls deposit personally since I was out of town and the company didn't accept accept online transactions. When I was allowed to see the unit the size was much smaller than what I saw online and my 200 dll money order which my parents turned in without a recipient name (blank) was not returned to me. My parents did not receive any receipt of payment. When I called to tell them I wouldn't be renting the unit after all, the administrative agent said I canceled so I was not entitled to a deposit refund."

"I gave more than advance notice prior to leaving, and I was told that I would not get my deposit back. My apartment has always been kept in spectacular shape. In the past, I would get little notes from the office thanking me for having such a clean apartment (apartment 116). I am disappointed that now that I am leaving on 6/30/17 I will not be compensated with my deposit refund. Highly recommended all of you consider looking for a building that is well built. I have lost so much sleep due to the poor built of the apartment...endless sounds throughout the night. I placed a few complaints via email and in person, nothing changed for me. I was not considered housing, therefore, the least Esperanza De Alton could have done was agreed to refund my $200.00 deposit."
