"Living here at The Plantation Apartments has been a great pleasure to meet very good people, having lunch with the staff, enjoying the time with all of them. Specially Susy Loya, Jacqueline Hernandez, Laura Lopez and Jorge Torres. It's a very nice place and wonderful people, thanks to all to been so nice and taking a good care of us."

"1) Dirty 2) Dangerous 3) Dishonest - One of our neighbors got mugged with a knife.....ON THE PREMISES. - Their gates are always broken.. Wild animals and random people enter all the time. -And the worst part? They charged us $507 after we left for a carpet stain. Not only that, they didn't even send us a bill. Instead, they went directly to collections and I only heard months later. It turns out, they want to replace the entire carpet on our dime. I called, but they kept avoiding me. Eventually someone from "Management" picked up and straight up lied to my face, saying we did discuss this with you. WOW, the audacity. I asked for evidence (emails, phone calls, ANYTHING). But of course, they disappeared. Not to mention, the place is DISGUSTING: - They advertise as luxury, but are actually laughable. - Their pools are out half the summer. - Their gym machines always broken. - Expect to see poop flooding out of the gym toilets now and then... along with dead cockroaches. - Their employees quit 3-4 times while we lived there. It's a miserable place. They may have been able to keep up a front when we first moved there, but the masks fell off pretty quickly."

"I went in with my wife for a tour 2 weeks ago. Front office staff is very welcoming and super friendly! Pool looks very clean, location is very convenient, and the rooms are much nicer than other places we had visited. We have a 9 year old boy and a 3 year old girl, and obviously we have to this into consideration. The only reason we did not lease with Plantation was that they have no playground for children. That was a big concern for us. Thank you for the superv service ladies upfront and hope to come back soon!"

"Just wanted to leave a quick review about my new home here at The Plantation. I recently relocated to the Valley and was looking at a few different options on where to stay. Of the four places I looked at, the employees at The Plantation were by far the most helpful and accommodating. The facilities are top notch. The pool is gorgeous, the little gym is entirely good for an apartment building, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The neighbors are awesome. I’ve never heard any loud noises or disturbances. I am out of town often….sometimes for weeks at a time. No one has ever disturbed any of my package deliveries that lay sitting at my door for days. I seriously love living here. The facilities are great, and the staff are absolutely incredible. Add to that a bunch of super neighbors and I can’t imagine a better place to call home in The Valley."

"They deserve less than one star, the new management is the worst in years. The manager is very rude with tenants, the green areas are not being maintained, people are coming in from outside to party at the pool, leaving tons of trash and broken glass behind, and both pools look like they haven’t been touched by cleaners in years they’re super green and BROWN, it’s so gross that you might get a virus."
