"Love the complex. Can’t stand the owners or the landlord Eddie. They’re super money hungry and always want the rent or want to evict you but can never fix the issues brought to their attention. Lots of ring camera footage I’ve saved with my encounters with the landlord. I still don’t have fire alarms in my apartment, the wiring to them are so messed up, the new set woke up my children at 6 am scaring them. I’ve complained and instead of fixing our issues, they claim we never wrote notices, which again I have video footage of. Also posted it on TikTok!! Absolutely horrible management for a brand new complex."
