"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst apartment living experience I've ever had. The units are not well maintained whatsoever. Damages from previous tenants were never repaired. Painting was sloppy and peeling. Water leaked out of the walls at random. Actual sewage backed up into the tub when it rained. Landlord refused to maintain/repair/replace included appliances like the AC, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. We were expected to pay for maintenance on appliances that were not ours. Other tenants actually replaced the apartment appliances with their own instead despite such appliances being "included" when first rented. Landlord's response to wanting things fixed (from before we even moved in) was, "If you don't like it, leave." Rent was raised mid-pandemic. Landlord never around or available. Damages from PREVIOUS tenants were taken from our deposit. I wouldn't recommend this complex to my worst enemy. Do not live here."
