"I’ve been taking my son here since we moved 3 years ago and haven’t really loved the place but it’s right by our home so it’s convenient. However today I took my son ,who was incredibly sick to be seen, sat their for an hour waiting to be seen just to be told I have a bill of $101, I said ok I can pay this Friday because I didn’t know I had a bill here. I’ve never received a bill nor the other times I’ve come has anyone mentioned it. I’m sorry I don’t have the money right at this moment to pay but my point is I was never informed. THEY TURNED MY SICK SON AWAY. They would not see him without payment. I asked them if they knew they were trying a really sick child away and they apologized and said it’s a delinquency and has to be paid first. Money is priority to them rather then children. Come on it’s 100 dollars not 1000 dollars. Really disappointed in this place. The owners should be ashamed putting money over a child health."

"I love the Children’s Clinic. Always have been treated professionally. Nurse practitioner Laura Gonzalez is the absolute best! We actually request to be seen by her. She has been taking care of my daughter since her first newborn checkup. Discovered a murmur and was quick to get us in with a cardiologist. I highly recommend her & the staff at the Saratoga office. There is a well side & sick visit side also."

"Both my kids (9 & 1) go here, I much prefer it to the Alameda location (which is old and always crowded). Never had any complaints. Love that they seperate sick and well waiting areas. They take our Blue Cross Blue Shield."

"I seriously hate going here, the doctors and staff forget that they put us in a room and clients they are more familiar with get bumped ahead even though we were all walk ins and my daughter was higher on the list. We've waited over an hour before in a room only to find out they forgot about us. They act like because we have Medicaid they can treat us like trash. Your child isn't a child to them they're chattel here, but guess what? You'll keep going here because you have Medicaid."
