"The house I stayed in with friends was amazing with an awesome view! The resort was so nice, clean, and easy access to the river. I would definitely go back to this beautiful place!"
"Place was quiet and clean. I saw a maintenance guy doing his thing but never bothered us. When we arrived he asked if we needed anything just to text him his number is in the check in packet. The pool was nice when your were feeling lazy to walk to river even if it is couple extra steps."
"Loved our stay here. So close to Garner State Park, which was beautiful in the fall. Since it was off season here it was nice and quiet and only a few other cabins were occupied. I would definitely recommend these cabins for a stay with friends and family. We really enjoyed having a fire, roasting smores, cooking in the kitchen, playing board games, and stargazing. It was the perfect weekend getaway. The only negative was that the front door of the cabin wouldn't close well and would open on its own if we didn't make sure it closed tightly or locked it. Also the floors seemed like they could be a bit cleaner. If you go, take extra towels, a flashlight, soaps, and extra trash bags if staying more than a day or two. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great except the toaster. Overall everyone enjoyed it and we were happy that it was dog-friendly. Would stay here again!"
"Great place for the family or to party. Clean cabins with most of everything one would need allowing you to pack lite. Good location on the Frio River. Inground pool in the middle of the cabins with tables and loungers. Alot of fun. Staff was kind and on site."
"Beautiful Cabin, plenty of space and the furniture is sturdy. You could literally (and illegally) swim or walk into Garner State Park from this property if you wanted to. Only downside is that the river bank on the property may be private, but the bank on the other side of the river is a public campsite that costs $20 a car. We went for 4th of July weekend and it was VERY noisy due to the campers on the other side of the river. They were blasting Latino music from 9am to 3am most days and we even witnessed a fight from over there. Park Rangers did not get involved for the noise, but did respond quickly to the fight. If you want a quiet and relaxing trip, don't book this place during a summer holiday. Also, because our house was on the edge of the property, the Wi-Fi only worked in 1 corner of the house. Having Verizon, I didn't have any service there. This made communicating with my family very difficult when we split up."
