"The place is really nice and has a super chill vibe about it. I would recommend it for a party a Quince,and also a wedding. Now the only reason I rated it a 3 is because the food that comes included with the package is not good, the food was flavor less, the rice was extremely under cooked that it was still super hard. We had food for kids as well and the lady serving the plates saw my nephew take a plate. she got mad and said that's not for kids and I said it is today and she could go get it if she wanted to. I was rude to her because of the way she said it and if the kiddo wants a plate he can have one as not all guests made it and at the end we still had like 30 plates available. She was very rude to other guests as they complained to us not sure who that older lady is but if u read this Rialto staff you may need to talk to her and staff about the cooking and attitude."

"I am not sure where to even begin with the service that was provided for renting this place for my baby shower. From the start when signing the contract, I asked specifically about the fees and how many hours I was able to use the center. I went with this place because I was told (and it states in the contract) that I had till midnight to use the facility. Of course, I wasn't going to use it till midnight since it was a baby shower on a Sunday, but I wanted to make sure I didn't rush my event and I would clean up afterwards correctly. Well the day comes and my event started at 2. I had my guest waiting hours in the lot because she never opened up the place for me. I called to see why hadn't the place been opened since I was running a little late (although I had my family there to greet my guest) well she replied that I told her my event started at 4 and that I was only allowed 6 hours. I kept asking her and asking her to open up the place since I clearly had stated to her my event was at 2. She kept wanting me to change my time and never got there to open up the place till later on. She kept insisting that I didn't need all that time that it was only a baby shower, but that's not what I was told in the beginning. She was very rude and disrespectful and I had so much problems with her. Every time I'd ask about something to make sure of things she'd simply reply to "refer back to the contract." A week before my event, she texted and called that I still owed her $150 more from the $550 I had paid her already. I forcely had to give it to her since everything was set already & I had already paid so much. I tried explaining to her, but she kept insisting that I still owed her. I asked her a few times when I signed the contract if my deposit was going towards the (550) balance and she said yes. She kept saying that she never had a person like me to complain, but I would have never had a problem with it if she would make it clear from the beginning and that's what I did not appreciate when she would make things up as the date got closer. There was so much arguing back and forth with this lady, I myself had never experienced something like this when I have made parties in other places for my kids. She turned a very special moment for myself and family into an unbelievable chaotic experience. I could go on, but just know if you decide to go with this place, write down any questions you may have on this "contract" so you will have your proof with you on there (where both of you can see it there)and you could always refer back to it when she decides to change things up. I hate having to leave this review, but it was extremely uncalled for the way she treated me at 8 months pregnant. On another note, a/c is turned on 30 minutes before your event which I think is crazy since you are literally paying for a place to not worry about the weather outside. Thankfully that day for me it was nice and cold outside, but just an fyi. *Her son (I believe) did apologize for it all and I was grateful for that."

"We had our daughter's 15th here... Great place, friendly and helpful staff, the food was great, decor was awesome... we highly recommend for any event!!"
