He inspires his teenager patients because of the career and life advice he gives out. Also, he has a close relationship to his staff which makes his clinic an enjoyable place to work. He always goes above and beyond to explain any health-related issue to his patients and their parents. Jorge Ortiz brightens up the room by joking around with parents and their children to make their visit an enjoyable and unforgettable one. "I’m not one to post negative reviews but I was incredibly disappointed visiting Dr. Ortiz. I took my daughters for their new check up, The staff was incredibly nice and respectful. Everything was going well until Dr. Ortiz called one of my daughters over to check her and he said come here ugliness. How can you say something like that to a child it’s incredibly rude and disrespectful not just that but it could also lower their self esteem. I called the front office to complain and the lady that answered I believe was his wife responded with, “ I’m sure he was joking around” I responded with Do you have kids she said “ yes” I said would you like it if a Dr would tell your children something like that the lady in the front responded with “no”. I was very disappointed with the service I got today it was completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and inappropriate. I will not be returning to their office anymore."

"Every time I try and call there is an issue with the front desk. Either rude or argues with you. I asked about the dates my son was seen for court reasons and was told no because they can’t verify if I’m the mom or not. Even though I offered to verify my information and my child information. That’s like saying I can’t call a verify an appointment for him because I might not be the parent…. Maybe get someone who wants to do their job and actually understands HIPPA ! This coming from a nurse!"
