"Ive been taking my kids here for almost 8 years me thinking it was the best place i could take my kids even if i had to wait hours!!! But yesterday i took my 3 year old due to her having a high fever and the way the doctor carried himself made me so mad he forced the tongue depressor on my daughter mouth making her cry! Hurting her throat baby is always fine going to the dr and getting checked but yesterday she cried so much!! Me and my husband looked at each other i was so mad i understand that they see alot of patients but i dont believe he should even be working here anymore hes alwayx in a rush and not giving the time or attention each patient needs also they were supposed to send out her prescription for her high fever and infection and to my surprise once i get to the pharmacy they send nasal spray and ear drops!! I will definitely not be going back there!!!"

"This is the worst pediatric experience we’ve ever gone through, besides the very disorganized waiting room protocols, the staff is difficult to get their attention for direction. There is not enough space for the amount of patients they are willing to take in and had us waiting over two hours for the doctor to just be extremely brief & rushed out. I had to find him again to get a little more explanation. 4 prescriptions & they still have not been sent out! My son has an infection and they could not send out his prescriptions correctly! Don’t bother with this location they’ll probably thank you for it too"

"The old lady in the front NEEDS to get FIRED!! She is the reason why everyone here is complaining!! You looking for another lawsuit Canales! She is extremely bad at her job! You cannot treat ppl like they mean nothing at a HEALTH clinic!! Trawood location"

"Horrible experience. I was disappointed with this doctor, I had chosen him because he was supposed to be the best of El Paso, and I wanted the best for my premature baby. Wait time is way too much last visit we went to our appointment was at 3 pm & didn’t come out til 7:30 pm & only to be seen for a minute. My son was 24 weeker & had a lot of severe lung & heart issues, we were in the NICU for 6 months. So it was pretty disappointing when I took him in for a cough & he was seen about a minute after waiting 4 HOURS!! He didn’t even bother assessing him correctly, as a nurse I could have done a better job than him. Immediately switched doctors the next day. Not only does the doctor provide horrible service but so does the staff. They’re extremely rude and condescending. Do not recommend."

"Horrible experience with this Dr today we have been coming for years and it always takes a long time but today they forgot about my son & then said he had an emergency everyone else had been seen. We spent 2 hours for nothing. Another thing they need to work on is that not everyone speaks Spanish. The staff does not communicate as to what is going on with the patients."
