"I have been taking my daughter here since she was born. This is her primary doctor. I have never had an issue with the doctors or the assistants but the receptionist are the worst. I called because my daughter is sick and she just stated there is no appointment until the following day. She was extremely rude and and gave me no other options. My husband called and was very upset and that is when she mentioned that they have another clinic that take walk-ins. She could have just mentioned that to me from the time I was on the phone with her. Sad that a receptionist could make us want to consider changing providers because they are so unhelpful and rude. She mentioned that we could do whatever we wanted and change providers, she clearly has no customer service and doesn’t care about patients. I love my daughter’s doctor and the assistants, so sad that the front receptionist can make this place look bad."
