"While the staff is nice and friendly, my biggest complaint with this office and others in the area is how long the wait is for kid appointments. We’ve been here three times. Each time our appointment is first thing in the morning(8:30) and each time we haven’t left until well after 11am. I think the problem is you have your patients come in at their scheduled time and when they need to be dilated, you all have to work the patients back into the schedule. I would suggest having known dilated patients have two scheduled times that day to avoid 2+hour waits after dilation. Also, your text reminders need to include location (since you have two) and if the patient is being dilated. Just to bring awareness- when an appointment lasts 4+ hours that’s a half of day of pay a parent is missing. Also for most daycares if you don’t drop kids off by lunchtime they don’t let you drop off your kid that day. That’s lost money in child care. While you all are making money you are costing your patients parents a lot of money."

"Valarie was awesome, she took notes from Dr.Piña who was also very thorough and made sure I was happy with my prescription while also accommodating my special needs around dilating my eyes. The experience was calm and considerate without rushing me and I ended up happy with my new prescription that originally didn’t suit me."
