"Not satisfied with the front office, not kind in any way. I know they have work but we all do. They made me fill up the same documents twice. Online and in paper… since my kids were young they were attended here but not anymore. I hope they get better at their service."

"I have had my children come here for years, but lately I’ve have been waiting an hour or more just to be seen and then they have you waiting in the hot sun to get clearance I’m assuming to just go in. For EVERYTHING they want to test you for COVID, it’s absurd ! The staff is completely rude in the front desk are completely rude and make mistakes when making appointments. I do not recommend this office. I will be changing after this last visit. It’s sad to see so many people complaining every time I go."

"Horrible wait time. Staff talk to much and joke around. Instead of checking us in, and Whats the point of setting up an appointment if we end up sitting in the lobby a hour passed our appointment time, till we finally get called in for reasoning of being here and then being sent back out for another 30min wait. I put my daughter here because i came here as a child. But so much has changed. Staff need retraining. They all make ugly faces and smirky remarks. I will be transferring my child to another clinic asap."
